Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:
30ml H by Hine cognac
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Champagne or sparkling wine to top
Orange twist garnish
Method:
Carefully soak the sugar cube with the bitters, drop it into a chilled Champagne flute and add the H by Hine. Gently top up with the Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with the orange twist.

 

Fish House Punch

Ingredients:
300ml H by Hine cognac
300ml golden rum
225ml peach liqueur
225ml fresh lemon juice
75ml sugar syrup
Method:
About 24 hours before the big event, fill a large plastic container with water and place it in the freezer. On the day, fill a large bowl or jug with the H by Hine cognac, rum, peach liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir well, add the ice block, then give it another stir to mix it all up.

Serve in cups or glasses.
