Ojo de Tigre Mezcal
Ojo de Tigre is a premium Artisanal Mezcal that is full of flavor and easy on the smoke. Produced artisanally using two types of sustainably cultivated agave, Ojo de Tigre combines Espadín from Oaxaca and Tobalá from Puebla for a smooth and balanced taste.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Flinty minerality, charcoal/coal dust, green apple, peach and smoke.
Mouth: Mellow with a soft mouthfeel. Salty and flinty minerality with coal dust/charcoal, black pepper and smokiness.
Finish: Salty and flinty minerality
Alcohol by Volume (ABV%): 40%
Tahiti Pearl
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Lemon Bitters
3 Drops of Olive Oil
Method:
Place all the ingredients except olive oil in a shaker with plenty of ice and give it a good shake.
Serve in a cold coupe glass and use a fine strainer to catch stray pieces of leaves.
Finish with 3 drops of olive oil on top and decorate with a mint leaf.
Pink Tiger
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
1/2 oz Lime Juice
4 oz of Pink Grapefruit Soda
Method:
Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir to mix.
Garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wheel.
