Tahiti Pearl

1.5 oz Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Lemon Bitters
3 Drops of Olive Oil
Place all the ingredients except olive oil in a shaker with plenty of ice and give it a good shake.
Serve in a cold coupe glass and use a fine strainer to catch stray pieces of leaves.
Finish with 3 drops of olive oil on top and decorate with a mint leaf.


Pink Tiger

1.5 oz Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
1/2 oz Lime Juice
4 oz of Pink Grapefruit Soda
Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir to mix.
Garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wheel.
