The Panama Harvest Cocktail

2 oz Zafra Master Reserve
1/8 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Frozen Blackberry
In a chilled cocktail glass, coat the glass with Maraschino liqueur.
Pour the Zafra, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters into a metal shaker with cracked ice.
Shake until the shaker is frosted and later strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a frozen blackberry.


Reserva Zest

1 oz. Ron Zafra
1 capful of Carpano Dry
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon-lime soda
6 ice cubes
In a shaker, combine the Ron Zafra, Carpano Dry, simple syrup and ice.
Shake vigorously and add a splash of lemon-lime before serving.
