Zaya
Ron Zaya Gran Reserve Rum blends 3 to 5 rums that come from Trinidad & Tobago. Using a special recipe, the taste profile of this Trinidadian rum is that similar to brandy due to aging process in whiskey and bourbon oak barrels for at least 12 years. Zaya Rum is juicy and ripe and is a favorite of rum sippers everywhere.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruity aromas like baked apples and pears first enter the nose and end with notes of nutmeg, vanilla bean and dried orange peel.
Mouth: Firm, bittersweet with maple-like sweetness that is similar to sipping brandy
Finish: Oily and bittersweet coating the tongue with caramel-like flavor accompanied with baking spices

The Devil’s Own
Ingredients
1.5 oz Zaya
1/2 oz. Fernet Branca
1.4 oz. Gran Gala
1 tsp Vanilla Syrup
Method:
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe that has been rinsed with absinthe. Add a twist of lemon and discard the peel.
Zaya Without-a-Care Champagne
Ingredients:
2 oz. Zaya Gran Reserva
San Pellegrino Chinotto
Wedge of lemon
Method:
In a champagne glass filled with crushed ice, add Zaya Rum and fill with San Pellegrino Chinotto.
Sprinkle with fresh lime juice.
Garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime.
