Glenfiddich Sour

Ingredients:
50ml Glenfiddich 18 Year Old
The white of an egg
20ml sugar syrup
20ml lime juice
Angostura bitters
Method:
Add the Glenfiddich, egg white, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
Add the ice and shake generously.
Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
Spray Angostura bitters over the cocktail and serve.

 

Speyside Punch

Ingredients:
40ml Glenfiddich 18 Year Old
15ml organic extract of white elderflowers
50ml sparkling (non mineral) water
30gr slices of green apple and fresh cucumber
Method:
Add the Glenfiddich, elderflower extract and sparkling water into a bowl or pitcher
Garnish with the slices of apple and cucumber
Enjoy it both straight or mixed in a cocktail, but don’t forget to do so responsibly.
