Tasting Notes
Nose: It has intense and zesty aroma, our twist on a classic ginger beer is a delight for the nose as well as the mouth.
Taste: Underlying herbal infusions of speedwell, juniper and yarrow; this drink is not overpowered by the fermented ginger root or lime juice and leaves the mouth quenched by this moreish mixer.
Finish: A distinctive finish comes from the fiery ginger and refreshing lime as it hits the back of the throat.
