Tasting Notes
Nose: Citrus on the nose.
Taste: The palate is brightly citrus flavored with a big note of fresh pink grapefruit flesh. Ruby Red Grapefruits add a bitter sweet depth of flavour. Relatively sour and somewhat bitter.
Finish: Medium length finish with a crisp, medium-bitter profile.
