St Lucian Mule

Ingredients:
St. Lucian Mule
2 oz Bounty Spiced
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Method:
Fill with ginger beer, top with 2 dash angostura bitter. Build in Collins glass with ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wheel.

 

Spiced Pineapple Rum Punch

Ingredients:
1 oz Bounty Spice Rum
1/2 oz Bounty White Rum
2 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
few drops citrus bitters
1 oz Ginger Ale
1 oz Lemon Lime soda
Cinnamon Sugar for rim
Pineapple wedges for garnish
Method:
Combine the rum, juices, simple syrup and bitters in a pitcher without ice. Let chill a few hours before serving to blend the flavors. When ready to serve, pour into a large pitcher then top with the ginger ale and soda. Fill glasses with ice and pour in punch, garnish with a pineapple wedge.
