Taste:Softness that blossoms into sweet spice — vanilla, baking spices, brown sugar, and pepper.
Finish:Drying and medium length with tingling spice

Ingredients:
1.25 oz Parce 12 Años
.75 oz Jerez de la India Oriental
.75 oz Aperol
.25 oz Banana
2 dashes Tiki Bitters
Method:
Stir and serve on the rock. Garnish with plantain chip.
Midnight Oil
Ingredients:
1 oz Parce 8 Year Rum
1 oz Parce 12 Year Rum
1 oz Velvet Falernum
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with a Large Ice Cube. Garnish with a Lime Peel.
