Mijenta Blanco
Mijenta’s core expression. The purest form of the agave plant meets the most supreme expression of Mijenta’s quality and artistry. This ranges from the selection of the silky mature agaves from the best plots, to rich fermentation of slow cooked agaves, and delicate distillation in pot stills. Everything is carefully calibrated to create the signature aromatic palette of Mijenta, from precise cuts in heads and tails to carefully controlled temperatures in the evaporation and condensation process. To give Mijenta a differentiated character, it is not filtered.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense aromas of cooked agave, vanilla and caramel enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloupe and peaches.
Taste: Rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon.
Finish: An impossibly generous and round finish.
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 40%
Every Rose Has its Thorn
Ingredients:
1.5 part Mijenta Tequila Blanco
.75 part Lillet Blanc
.5 Part Martini Bitter
.25 part Crème de Cacao White
Method:
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice.
Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with a rose petal.
Maya’s Nectar
Ingredients:
2 parts Mijenta Tequila Blanco
.75 part pineapple
.5 part honey turmeric syrup
.75 part lime juice
Method:
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice until very cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a thyme sprig.
