Clément Aged 10 Years
Clément 10 year old Rhum Agricole has been distilled from fresh pressed sugarcane juice and aged a minimum of 10 years in a combination of virgin and re-charred oak barrels, yielding an exceptional aged Agricole Rhum with unique characteristics of cinnamon and vanilla. Clément 10 year old Rhum Agricole is a limited release of select barrels chosen and kept aside by our Cellar Master for further aging to develop an unparalleled distinguished character, while following the time-honored traditions of Homere Clément, and is certified under the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée of Martinique.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Warm bronze color
Nose: Slightly floral yet also displaying almond and toffee notes before delving into citrus undertones.
Taste: Brown sugar shines through on the palate and then bursts with fresh cherry and orange peel.
Finish: The finish is very smooth and lingers.
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 44%
“Ye Olde Rhum Chest”
Ingredients:
3.5 cl Clément 10 Years Old
2.5 cl Clément 10 Years Old infused with chestnuts
2 bar spoons of fig syrup
1 Dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
Clément 10 Years Old infused with chestnuts: (serves 2) .
Roast and cool four quartered chestnuts and let them infuse in 2 oz Clément 10 Years Old Rhum.
Filter
Fig syrup:
Bring 85oz of water and 200g of sugar to the boil in a frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Finally, quarter 4 fresh figs and carefully add to the simmering syrup.
Let simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove the syrup from the stove.
Leave the figs in the syrup and place in a lockable container for 24 hours.
Remove the figs.
Method:
The drink is built in a tumbler glass.
Simply put all ingredients on some solid ice cubes, stir briefly and ready.
