Clément Maï Taï

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Rhum Clément V.S.O.P.
  • 1.5 oz. Shrubb Créole Clément
  • 1 oz.  fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz orgeat syrup

Instructions:

In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the Clément V.S.O.P., Shrubb Creole Clément liqueur, fresh lime juice and orgeat syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass full of ice.

 

Madame Clément

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Clément Première Canne
  • 2 oz. fresh pineapple juice 
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash of grenadine
  • Sliced strawberry for garnish

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine all the ingredients and shake until frosty. Strain into a champagne flute or Hurricane glass. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
