Rhum Punch

Ingredients:
3oz. Cuvée Homére
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
4 oz. water
2 oz. simple syrup
Freshly grated nutmeg
Method:
Pour all ingredients over ice and stir. Sprinkle with a little freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with a lime or orange slice.

 

Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients:
1.5 – 2oz Cuvée Homére
1 banana
1.5 oz lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Maraschino Cherry for garnish
Method:
Pour the ingredients into a blender,  blend on low speed for a few seconds, then at high until smooth. Garnish with a cherry.
