New York Sour

Ingredients:
60ml Glenfiddich 26 Year Old
30ml fresh lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
5ml Fernet Branca
Lemon peel
Orange slice
Method:
Add the Glenfiddich, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a mixer and shake generously with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Float the Fernet Branca with the back of a spoon into the glass.
Spritz with lemon peel.
Discard the lemon peel and garnish with a slice of orange.

 

 

Downtown Glenfiddich Sour

Ingredients:
50ml Glenfiddich 26 Year Old
The white of an egg
20ml sugar syrup
20ml lime juice
Angostura bitters
Method:
Add the Glenfiddich, egg white, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
Add the ice and shake generously.
Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
Spray Angostura bitters over the cocktail and serve.
